  22. Because the version 3.14 ZIP file contains all the text files, in
  23. particularly NETWORKS\SETUP.DOC, which must be read by those who want
  24. to get TCP/IP working with MS-DOS Kermit.  Version 3.15, as noted on
  25. the Website, is installed as an "overlay" over the 3.14 base.  Ditto
  26. for 3.16.
